Artist's Statement 作者釋文

The background of this painting is based on a Japanese garden in Shimane, Japan. The weather is in between fall and autumn, thin layer snow covered road and stones. But a little green grasses left behind. The two centuries-old pines that have not yet fallen leaves to show fall is almost end. When I was concentrated writing in my painting with the beautiful red maples, I suddenly felt a chill through my face. I was awakened the winter was came in silent.
磊道菁坡百年松。瓊樓玉擱寫楓紅。
佛臉一縷寒意澈。方覺秋深霜露濃。
取材自日本島根的日本庭園「由志園」, 日本的深秋初冬時段。在園內、薄薄的初雪舖蓋著行道邊及兩道石頭，兩傍残留的青色綠草，和尚未落葉的百年青松可見秋巳盡冬將至，當我在那美麗的高櫊上正在忘情的寫及畫著美麗紅楓的陶然忘境時，突然來了一擊寒冷的冬風，我才覺醒已是深秋初冬的飄霜季節了。
